HYDERABAD: Union Minister for Tourism and Culture, G. Kishan Reddy, has alleged that the Congress government in Telangana is filling up jobs through notifications issued by the previous Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) administration. Speaking to the media, Reddy criticised the Congress for not releasing new job notifications since coming to power 14 months ago, despite promising to fill two lakh vacancies within 100 days of assuming office. He claimed that the current recruitment process is based on notifications released during the BRS regime, questioning the Congress’s commitment to its electoral promises. Reddy urged the state government to expedite the recruitment process by issuing fresh notifications to address unemployment in Telangana.
