Yadagirigutta temple donation

Hyderabad: A retired government employee from Hyderabad has donated his multi-storeyed residential property, worth over ₹4 crore, to the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Yadagirigutta.

Muttineni Venkateswarlu, the donor, transferred the ownership of his G+3 building with a penthouse, located in Tilak Nagar, to the deity. The donation was formally registered at the Sub-Registrar’s Office in Chikkadpally. Executive Officer of the Yadagirigutta temple, Venkata Rao, IAS, was present during the registration.

Following the registration, Venkateswarlu handed over the property documents to EO Venkata Rao, Temple Chairman Bhaskarayani Narasimha Murthy, and other temple officials. Temple authorities felicitated him with a sacred shawl and prasadam from the deity.

Endowments Minister, Principal Secretary hail gesture

Endowments Minister Konda Surekha and Principal Secretary Shailaja Ramaiyar congratulated Venkateswarlu for his exceptional act of devotion. EO Venkata Rao expressed deep appreciation and assured the donor that the blessings of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy would remain with his family.

Temple officials praised the gesture as an inspiring example of selfless service and faith. The offering is now part of the official temple assets under the Endowments Department.
