Hyderabad: Telangana Congress Campaign Committee Chief Co-ordinator Vijayashanthi alleged that the BRS, BJP, and TDP had formed a secret pact to weaken the Congress in the Jubilee Hills by-election.

Vijayashanthi said reports suggested that BRS leaders were planning unethical deals after internal surveys showed a likely Congress victory. She accused the BJP of fielding a dummy candidate to help the BRS.
The TDP, she said, withdrew from the contest under the pretext of supporting its ally, the BJP. However, she alleged that TDP cadres were told to work secretly for the BRS.
Vijayashanthi said this covert understanding aimed to damage Congress’s winning chances. She called it a conspiracy driven by opportunistic politics between the three parties.
She urged Congress workers in Jubilee Hills to alert voters about this alleged plot. “Every party worker must expose this understanding and ensure Congress wins decisively,” she said.
