Hyderabad: Congress MLC Addanki Dayakar on Saturday lashed out at BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao, accusing him of holding onto arrogance even after the party’s crushing defeat in the Jubilee Hills by-election.
Speaking on the bypoll outcome, Dayakar said that voters dealt a severe blow to BRS, but KTR’s attitude showed no change. He claimed KTR’s approach remains the same despite political downfall and warned that BRS’s collapse is inevitable under his leadership.

He praised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for leading the Congress campaign in Jubilee Hills, crediting the victory to his direct involvement. Dayakar questioned why KTR’s criticism sounds vulgar when Revanth counters KCR’s political remarks.
He also alleged political collusion between BRS and BJP, saying the two parties share a hidden understanding. Reacting to KTR’s earlier challenge demanding his arrest, Dayakar said, “There’s no need for courage to arrest me. If the police are told, they will do it.”
