Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is holding a high-level meeting of its minority leaders from Greater Hyderabad at Telangana Bhavan today, July 9, beginning at 10 am. The meeting will be chaired by former Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali.
BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao and senior party leader T. Harish Rao are scheduled to attend as chief guests. The session is expected to focus on future political strategy, minority issues, and strengthening the party’s organisational base.
Several former ministers including Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Padma Rao Goud, and Ajay Kumar will also participate. Senior minority leaders such as Mohammed Mujeebuddin (Chairman, BRS Minority Cell), Mohammed Saleem (former MLC), and former heads of various minority boards including Masihullah Khan, Akbar Hussain, and Imtiaz Ishaq are on the list of attendees.
Also present will be MLAs and MLCs including Vivekananda Goud, Madhavaram Krishna Rao, S. Raju, Dasoju Sravan Kumar, Sudhir Reddy, Rajshekhar Reddy, and several other party functionaries.
The meeting will bring together minority representatives from across Telangana, with a focus on feedback, internal consolidation, and renewed outreach ahead of upcoming political engagements.
