Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Friday listed Metro expansion, lake restoration, and central clearances for key projects among his top priorities. He was speaking at the inauguration of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show at Hitex, Madhapur.
He said the Metro would extend to Shamirpet and Medchal once approvals were in place. Alongside transport upgrades, the government would restore Hyderabad’s lakes and push major infrastructure with central support.
Reddy assured the real estate and infrastructure sectors of transparent governance and secure investments. He promised a long-term vision to shape Hyderabad into a world-class city for the next century. He dismissed rumours about the state’s development path, saying policies would remain stable and free of political interference.
CM calls property and policy the state’s ‘growth engines’
Congratulating CREDAI, Reddy said the expo would “open the eyes of those who want to hinder development by creating misconceptions.” He likened policy and construction to “growth engines” and pledged to protect investments while ensuring profitability.
He called land a matter of public sentiment, noting that real estate growth depended on trust. He urged government and industry to work together for a progressive, sustainable Telangana.
