Shabbir Ali joined Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and other party leaders in a door-to-door campaign at Erragadda in the Jubilee Hills constituency. They campaigned for Congress candidate Naveen Yadav. During the event, Shabbir Ali said the Congress government had shown a strong commitment to equality and fair representation. “The Congress government’s actions reflect delivery, not deception,” he said. Furthermore, he noted that the new administration had started reversing years of neglect by the previous regime.

He said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s model of governance focused on reforms that empowered people through fair recruitment and social justice. Additionally, he pointed out that the inclusion of minority professionals in government bodies and the expansion of education opportunities proved that the Congress stood for inclusive progress.

Shabbir Ali said that several qualified individuals from minority communities had secured responsible positions. These included a Muslim Additional Advocate General, several government pleaders, and economist Dr Amir Ullah Khan in the Telangana State Public Service Commission. According to him, these appointments showed the Congress government’s sincerity toward inclusion.

He further said the government had ensured fair recruitment and strengthened existing welfare institutions. “This government works for the people, not for headlines,” he said. He added that the Congress was running welfare schemes and making appointments without discrimination. In addition, thousands of youth from the BC-E category benefitted from recent recruitment drives.

The Congress government also sanctioned one Minority Law College and two Pharmacy Colleges. It added 2,200 new engineering seats in minority institutions. Moreover, in the latest DSC recruitment, 720 of the 10,006 selected candidates came from minority communities. Shabbir Ali said this clearly proved the government’s intent to create equal opportunities for all.

Minister Jupally’s appeal to voters

Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said the Congress was rebuilding Telangana on the principles of justice and equality. He therefore urged the voters of Jubilee Hills to support Naveen Yadav, saying he embodied the Congress vision of fair and welfare-based governance.

During the campaign, party leaders interacted with residents and distributed brochures detailing the achievements of the Revanth Reddy government. Shabbir Ali concluded by saying, “The Congress delivers on its promises — not just in words, but through visible action.”
