HYDERABAD: A drone incident at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat created a disturbance, leading to the detention of two individuals by Saifabad police.
On the night of March 11, Secretariat officials reported unauthorized drone activity over the premises. The drone was allegedly capturing footage of the Secretariat’s outpost and lawn areas, raising security concerns.
Following the alert, authorities swiftly identified and detained two individuals, Vamsi and Nagaraju, suspected of operating the drone. Police are currently interrogating the suspects and collecting further information regarding their intentions and affiliations.
Officials have not yet disclosed whether the individuals had prior permission for flying the drone. Investigations are ongoing to determine if there was any breach of security protocols.
