Hyderabad: Results for the EAPCET-2025 entrance exams, held for admission into engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses, are scheduled for release on May 11. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is expected to formally announce the results at 11 a.m. on Sunday from his official residence in Jubilee Hills. Officials will also release the list of top-ranking candidates across various disciplines at the same time.
The exams were conducted in multiple sessions from April 29 to May 4. Unlike previous years, this time saw a striking drop in the number of objections raised against the preliminary answer key. In fact, the agriculture and pharmacy streams saw zero objections altogether. For engineering, only 42 objections were registered—an astonishing dip compared to last year’s 2,006.
Authorities attribute this decline to the newly introduced objection fee, where candidates were required to pay ₹500 per question to file a challenge. The move appears to have discouraged frivolous submissions, resulting in more restrained feedback.
Officials also confirmed that marks for candidates in certain sessions would be adjusted using a normalisation process, ensuring fairness across different exam timings.
