Hyderabad: BJP MP Eatala Rajender on Wednesday urged banks to ease loan access for low-income individuals and small entrepreneurs. He stated that expanding credit in key sectors could boost rural jobs and move India closer to self-reliance.
Speaking at the launch of Credinova Fintech’s new office in Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Eatala stressed the importance of credit for education, agriculture, women-led businesses, and local trades. He noted that easier loans in these sectors would help increase livelihoods, especially for rural youth.
Credinova Fintech, founded by entrepreneurs Pittala Kiran and Bomma Sharath Goud, will focus on loan facilitation and job-oriented training. BJP MLA Palvai Harish Babu joined Eatala at the inauguration.
Eatala highlights financial literacy and inclusive banking
During his address, Eatala credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for extending banking access to rural areas. He said “Make in India” initiatives allowed industries to secure large-scale credit, which in turn boosted productivity and youth employment.
He further stressed the need for better financial literacy across underserved communities. Additionally, he urged banks to prioritise support for women entrepreneurs.
Praising Credinova Fintech’s rural outreach and training efforts, Eatala advised the company to ensure a simple and transparent loan process. “Easy credit access is key to economic empowerment,” he said. “Institutions like Credinova must keep the process smooth and user-friendly.”
