HYDERABAD: The results for JEE Main Session 2 were released late Friday night by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Following the publication of the final answer key on Friday afternoon, the agency declared the percentile scores achieved by the candidates.
The entrance exams for admission to B.E. and B.Tech courses in NITs and IIITs across the country were conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8.
A total of 24 students scored a perfect 100 percentile in this session. Mohammad Anas from Rajasthan secured the top rank, followed by Ayush Singhal in second place.
Among the top scorers are several students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Harsha A Gupta from Telangana achieved an All India Rank (AIR) of 8. Vangala Ajay Reddy secured AIR 16 and topped the EWS category. Saai Manojna from Andhra Pradesh attained AIR 22 and ranked second among female candidates. Banibrata Maji from Telangana secured AIR 24.
The results highlight a strong showing from southern states, particularly Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, among the national toppers in this highly competitive exam.
