Hyderabad: Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Friday congratulated National Academy of Construction (NAC) trainer Snehalatha for receiving the National Best Teachers Award. President Droupadi Murmu presented the award at a ceremony in New Delhi.
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship selected Snehalatha for her work in vocational training and employment generation. She was one of only 13 recipients nationwide, and the only awardee from Telangana. She belongs to Hanamkonda.

Komatireddy said her recognition brings pride to Telangana. He added that Snehalatha’s award also reflects the collective commitment of the NAC faculty. “This achievement will inspire more trainers to aim higher,” he stated.
NAC’s role in Telangana’s employment strategy
The Minister said Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is committed to opening more skill development centres across the State. Komatireddy confirmed his own efforts to strengthen NAC as a national training hub. The goal, he said, is to ensure 100 percent employment for trainees.
