Hyderabad: BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao ridiculed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s repeated Delhi visits, claiming the Congress leader clocked 50 trips without bringing a single benefit to Telangana.
“Revanth has replaced files with flight bookings,” KTR said, mocking the CM’s travel record. “His governance starts with booking a ticket, flying to Delhi, and returning empty-handed.”
KTR accused Revanth of chasing optics over substance, saying his visits yielded “no projects, no funds, no packages only photo shoots and dinners.” He said the state was being run on frequent flyer miles instead of administrative decisions.
Listing unfulfilled promises, KTR said there had been no word on farm loan waivers, ₹4,000 pensions, gold scheme, or job notifications. “No MSP for farmers, no urea in the fields, no drinking water, no irrigation support. But the CM is boarding three flights in three days,” he said.
He warned that Telangana was at risk of permanent loss due to stalled works on Kaleshwaram and Banakacharla. “This government shows no concern for farmers, students, or the unemployed. Only PR stunts and Delhi tourism,” he said.
KTR concluded by calling Revanth a “tourist CM” who prefers Delhi trips to addressing state issues. “Not once, not twice 50 trips. All dry talk, empty hands,” he said.
