The minister directed all collectors to remain alert and take preventive measures to avoid any loss of life or property. He sought detailed updates on conditions in each district and instructed immediate protective action in low-lying and flood-prone areas. With heavy rainfall forecast for the next three days, he ordered precautionary steps to be implemented without delay.
