Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy directed officials to prepare plans for allotting Bhudhar numbers to all land parcels in the state. He issued the instructions during a review meeting on revenue and housing departments at the Command Control Centre on Wednesday evening.
Faster land mutations, citizen-friendly sub-registrar offices
The Chief Minister told revenue officials to speed up processing applications related to inheritance and other land mutations received in revenue meetings. Licensed surveyors’ work should be scrutinised by regular surveyors to ensure accuracy.
Reviewing designs for 10 new sub-registrar offices in core urban areas, Revanth Reddy insisted on including parking, canteens, and other basic facilities. He said the offices should be fully citizen-friendly and convenient in layout and services.
Indiramma housing inauguration this month
Officials informed the Chief Minister that construction of a large number of Indiramma houses in several districts had been completed. Revanth Reddy instructed them to prepare for their inauguration before the end of the month.
He also directed speedy resolution of issues in joint venture projects with the Hyderabad Housing Board.
