Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao on Saturday reviewed preparations for the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, scheduled for December 8–9 at Future City, Mucharla.
Vision Document to project $3 trillion economy roadmap
At the high-level review meeting, the Chief Secretary underscored Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s directive to use the summit to showcase the state’s progress and to unveil the Telangana Vision Document. This document will outline the state’s strategic roadmap to reach a USD 1 trillion economy by 2035 and USD 3 trillion by 2047.
Rao instructed all departments to actively participate in the summit by presenting their flagship schemes, innovative projects, and long-term strategies. He also directed departments to ensure seamless coordination and meet all deadlines.
1,300+ global delegates, 70 theme stalls planned
The summit is expected to draw over 1,300 distinguished delegates, including global investors, diplomats, industry leaders, IT professionals, sports and film personalities, and representatives from real estate, infrastructure, and multilateral institutions. Major trade bodies such as CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, and ASSOCHAM will also participate, alongside CMDs of public sector banks and major financial institutions.
Organizers will set up 70 thematic stalls at the venue, featuring AV installations, animated content, and interactive displays to present Telangana’s development story. The Chief Secretary emphasized that the summit should reflect Telangana’s spirit of innovation, resilience, and long-term vision.
Senior officials including Special Chief Secretaries Jayesh Ranjan, Vikas Raj, and Sabyasachi Ghosh, along with various Principal Secretaries and department heads, attended the meeting.
