Hyderabad: Traffic restrictions and diversions will be enforced in Secunderabad from July 13 to 15 during the Sree Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu Jathara, with congestion expected within a 2-km radius around the temple.
The Hyderabad Traffic Police advised railway passengers to use Platform No. 10 entry from Chilkalguda side due to heavy vehicular movement around Platform No. 1 entrance.
Traffic will be closed from midnight of July 13 to 3 a.m. on July 15 on roads leading to Mahankali Temple from Tobacco Bazar, Hill Street, Adavaiah X Road, General Bazar, and Subash Road.
Congested Junctions:
Karbala Maidan, Ranigunj, Old PS Ramgopalpet, Paradise, CTO, Plaza, SBI X Road, YMCA X Roads, St. Johns Rotary, Sangeeth X Road, Patny X Road, Park Lane, Bata, Ghasmandi X Roads, Bible House, Ministers Road, Rasoolpura.
Major Diversions:
Traffic from Karbala Maidan to Secunderabad Station will be diverted at Ranigunj towards Minister Road, Rasoolpura, and CTO.
Return buses will reroute via Chilkalguda X Road and Gandhi Hospital.
Diversions will also affect Ghasmandi, Patny, Paradise junctions and routes to Tank Bund, M.G. Road, and Clock Tower.
Advised Routes to Secunderabad Station:
From Punjagutta via Tank Bund and Musheerabad to Chilkalguda (Platform No. 10 entry).
Avoid routes via Paradise, Patny, and Begumpet.

Hari Hara Kala Bhavan for St. Johns, SBI route.
Mahabub College for Sangeeth, Clock Tower route.
Old Jail Khana for railway station route.
Islamia High School for Bible House side.
Adavaiah Memorial High School for Ranigunj side.
GHMC grounds at Nallagutta and Wesley College for Begumpet, Panjagutta side.
Swapnalok Complex, Taj Tri Star Lane, Belson Taj Hotel Lane, and CMR Shopping Mall for other sectors.
